Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened perfumes or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
